FREE ART MANIFESTO

1. FREE ART is a non-profit movement aiming at the development and expression of the creative skills of the individual.

2. FREE ART AIMS AT PROMOTING AND DEVELOPING THE JOY OF USING ART AS AN EXPRESSION OF FREEDOM. Organisational work will not be paid. A reimbursement will be granted for creative work.

3. FREE ART A PRIORI REFUSES ANY PUBLIC FINANCING OR SPONSORING, since they are an ideological conditioning. FREE ART will finance its activities and will receive donations.

4. FREE ART is an assembly-association, with a co-ordinator having the task of organising the initiatives and facilitating communications among the participants. If FREE ART has an adequate diffusion, organisational measures will be undertaken to guarantee the efficiency of the movement, preventing any bureaucratic involution and careerism.

5. FREE ART will release a periodical publication, which will publish works chosen among those sent. It will also provide information on the events. It will be divided into sectors and focus on every form of art and thought.

6. FREE ART is also created to promote education-related activities for adults and the skills of young people, by giving them the opportunity of approaching new forms of expression and organising centres for the transmission of culture and creativity. Also these activities will be based on the contribution of volunteers and will be non-profit activities.
